I am Unstoppable! The Power of Women

Get ready to share what it is that makes YOU unstoppable!  Join us for an engaging, interactive discussion of the historical and current challenges facing women in the workplace.  Increase your understanding of how far women have come and the gaps that remain.  We will discuss the many ways that women, including trans women and non-binary, bring a unique perspective and skill set that are critical for successful workplaces today, despite the challenges they face.  We will “get real” with each other about the many ways in which we sometimes hold ourselves and each other back. Gain insights from an impromptu panel selected from the audience to hear multi-generational perspectives on issues facing women in the workplace and how to deal with them. Additionally, as workforce industry professionals, we will discuss the ways in which we are uniquely positioned to impact the women and businesses with whom the workforce system serves.   You will walk away with actionable tips from our speakers and audience members for improved self-advocacy and how to become/nurture more empowered women and more empowering workplaces.  Men and women alike may experience a few lightbulb moments.  Our goal is to leave you inspired and motivated to take action!
